Rive Tech Solutions Refund and Revision Policy

At Rive Tech Solutions, we prioritize 100% customer satisfaction, which is why we offer an unlimited free revision policy. This allows you to refine your initial design brief at no additional cost through your account area.

Refunds and Refund Process:

If any issues arise due to processing errors, failure to meet specific design requirements, or an inability to complete your design as per the agreed delivery policy, we will provide a full refund for your entire design order.

If you are dissatisfied with the design services provided, you can submit a refund request within five days of receiving the initial design. If we do not receive a request within this period, it will be assumed that you are satisfied with your designs. For special or combo packages, the refund terms are identical to single packages.

Refund Eligibility and Processing:

Refund requests will be handled as per the following schedule:

1. Before Initial Concept Delivery: Full refund, minus a 10% service & processing fee.
2. Within 48 Hours of Design Delivery: 66% refund, minus a 10% service & processing fee.
3. Between 48-120 Hours of Design Delivery: 33% refund, minus a 10% service & processing fee.
4. After 120 Hours: No refund will be processed. However, we encourage you to contact us if you have concerns, as we strive for customer satisfaction.

Please note that if there is no response, feedback, or communication from you (except in cases of emergency, illness, or other significant reasons) for 14 consecutive days, the project will be halted, and files will be archived. To restart the process, a re-registration fee of $99 will apply.

Refund Exemptions:

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

• Change of mind.
• Withdrawal of investment by the client.
• Business or shop closure.
• Switching to a lower-tier package after the project has started.
• Hiring external freelancers or designers.
• Participation in design contests or logo tournaments.
• Insisting on replicating designs, which could result in intellectual property rights violations.
• Designs created based on your provided brief or instructions.
• Failure to complete the provided form
